Shipping & Freight Policy

Thank you for shopping with Mechanical Parts Plus. Please read our shipping and freight policy carefully before placing your order.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive an order confirmation email with your details after purchase.

Freight Shipping

Due to the size and weight of many of our products — including air compressors, generators, and machine tools — most orders ship via freight carrier (LTL). Freight shipping rates are calculated based on product dimensions, weight, and delivery location.

For freight orders, a shipping quote will be provided to you by email after your order is placed. Your order will not ship until the freight quote is confirmed and any additional charges are agreed upon. Delivery

Freight deliveries are curbside by default. The carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment. Please ensure someone is available to receive the shipment. Inside delivery, liftgate service, or other special delivery requirements may be available at additional cost — contact us before ordering if needed.

Delivery Timeframes

Estimated transit times vary by location and carrier availability. Most freight shipments are delivered within 5–10 business days after the order ships. These are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Damaged Shipments

Inspect all shipments carefully before signing the delivery receipt. If damage is visible, note it on the delivery receipt and contact us within 48 hours at sales@mechanicalpartsplus.com with photos and your order number. Failure to note damage at delivery may affect your claim.
