Mechanical Parts Plus accepts return requests subject to the return policies of the applicable manufacturer or supplier.

To request a return, contact us at sales@mechanicalpartsplus.com with your order number and the reason for the request.

Returned products may need to be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs, restocking fees, and eligibility may vary depending on the product and supplier.

Do not return any product without first contacting us for authorization.

Damaged or incorrect items should be reported as soon as possible after delivery with photos and order details.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected.
